Based on our policy, one child under the age of 2 can sit on your lap, in this case they tend to travel for free. Our policy does not allow minors to book a ride using Beebz app unaccompanied. Here at Beebz, we try to accommodate all passengers, but we still follow industry standard rules concerning unaccompanied minors. However, to book a ride using Beebz app, users must be at least 17+ years of age. Any passengers under 17+ must be accompanied by someone 17+ years or older on any ride. Our drivers do have the right to ask any passengers under the age of 18 for proof of age either by asking the passenger to provide a driver’s license or any form of legal ID card. If it happens that the passenger is under the age of 17+, our drivers have the right to decline the ride.

Here at Beebz safety is our first priority. All drivers are background and driving record checked. If any rider is uncomfortable with their driver, Beebz app has a Help phone and messaging built into the app so users can contact us or the police at any time during the ride.

Beebz offers cheaper rides between cities for everyone. Our prices starts from $250 per ride (and you receive $50 bonus upon signing up) and we provide a better experience ride. Pricing is based on one-way travel.

We are 100% app based, so all payments are processed through our app using a credit card or debit card. We do not accept cash payments.

Riders can book trips up to 180 days in advance or as little as a few hours before departure time. The trip can be canceled 48 hours before departure in the Beebz app. If you cancel your trip before 24 hours, you will be refunded, and processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted. This might take 10 business days before getting the refund depending on the banks.

1. Click the continue button on the home page and enter the exact origin (current location) and destination street address.
