Welcome to Beebz! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our software and mobile app (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • Definitions

  • Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to use Beebz. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

  • Account Registration & Responsibilities
    • Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
    • Operators are responsible for managing their businesses, including pricing, policies, and service quality.
    • Drivers must comply with local transport regulations and maintain valid licenses.
    • Beebz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
  • Software & Service Usage
    • White-Label Software: Operators can create customized booking platforms using Beebz. Customization is limited to features provided within the software.
    • Marketplace: Riders can browse and book rides from various transport operators.
    • Driver App: Drivers can accept and manage trips assigned by operators.
    • APIs & Integrations: Businesses (hotels, event planners, etc.) can integrate Beebz APIs to offer transport booking services.
  • Payments & Fees
    • Operators may be subject to subscription fees for using the white-label software.
    • Beebz may charge service fees on marketplace transactions.
    • Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Cancellations & Refunds
    • Operators set their own cancellation and refund policies for direct bookings.
    • Beebz marketplace transactions follow a standardized refund policy, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • User Conduct
    • Users must not use the Platform for fraudulent activities.
    • Impersonate another person or business.
    • Attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
    • Beebz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
  • Privacy & Data Protection

    • By using Beebz, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Intellectual Property

    • Beebz owns all software, branding, and content associated with the Platform. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Beebz without permission.

  • Limitation of Liability
    • Beebz is not responsible for actions of operators, drivers, or riders.
    • Vehicle conditions, delays, or service disruptions.
    • Losses or damages resulting from the use of our Platform.
  • Modifications to These Terms

    • Beebz may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.

  • Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    • These Terms are governed by the Laws of Texas State. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in court.
