Based on our policy, one child under the age of 2 can sit on your lap, in this case they tend to travel for free. Our policy does not allow minors to book a ride using Beebz app unaccompanied. Here at Beebz, we try to accommodate all passengers, but we still follow industry standard rules concerning unaccompanied minors. However, to book a ride using Beebz app, users must be at least 17+ years of age. Any passengers under 17+ must be accompanied by someone 17+ years or older on any ride. Our drivers do have the right to ask any passengers under the age of 18 for proof of age either by asking the passenger to provide a driver’s license or any form of legal ID card. If it happens that the passenger is under the age of 17+, our drivers have the right to decline the ride.

At Beebz, safety is paramount. To ensure a safe ride for our riders we have a few requirements that all drivers must meet.

• 2012+ Minivan ( Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey etc)

• All drivers are to present their License, Registration, and Insurance.
• Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and older
• Standard Background Check is done for all drivers. Here is the list of checks we performed for every driver:

  • Standard National Criminal Search
  • Current County Criminal Search
  • Sex Offender Search

The driver’s name, profile picture, and vehicle details will be available when your booking has been matched with a driver.

Ride bookings are made through Beebz’s Android and iOS apps, available in the respective app stores. Links to download can also be found on beebzride.com. You can also book online here on the website via our web app.

No waiting time. Once the driver starts the trip all riders that book the driver will be notified. Riders can see the live track of the driver on the map and all riders can see when the driver will arrive at their respective pick-up location. We encourage all riders to be at their respective pick-up location before the driver gets there.

Yes, riders can book rides, and choose the closest pickup and drop-off station in the app and riders will be notified 30 minutes before departure time to be at the pickup station.

The pick-up and drop-off stations will be shown to you in the app before you book your seat. Pick-up and drop-off stations are coffee shops and restaurants, and they are easily accessible and safe.

Beebz only provides rides from the pick-up station to the drop-off station. Riders should always choose the closest pick-up station and drop-off station that is closer to their destination. Beebz is not a door-to-door service, but we are adding a private ride later in the future where riders would be able to book affordable door-to-door service.

Each rider is allowed to carry one 25 to 50 lbs. suitcase/duffel bag and one purse or briefcase.

Only recent model year vehicles are allowed to be used, and only in excellent working order. All rides come with free roadside assistance in the event of any issues during the ride. Beebz uses car like Minivan, Compact Sedans, Mid-Size Sedans, and SUV. Our Minivan takes 5 passengers, car takes 3 passengers, and we ensure middle seats are never used for the riders to have plenty of space and comfort. Drivers and the vehicles are feedback rated to multiple criteria, including comfort and cleanliness.

Here at Beebz safety is our first priority. All drivers are background and driving record checked. If any rider is uncomfortable with their driver, BeebzRide app has a Help phone and messaging built into the app so users can contact us or the police at any time during the ride.

The service is available starting from 8am and 7pm, 7 days a week.

1. Click on the continue button and enter the exact starting (current location) and destination street address.
2. Click continue and choose Book a ride box, click continue, select your preferred date from the calendar, press continue, and the result of available trips will be displayed. The following are shown on the trip cards: The origin and destination, the date, the departure time, and the trip fare.
3. Tap on the trip card this will open an overlay, click on “More” to see the trip route, and click continue based on the origin and destination entered, swipe left to see the closest pickup to you on the card, select your closest pickup station, tap on Drop-off to select the closest drop-off to your destination.
4. Select the number of seats you want to book and tap Book my ride, press Add a card, add your card details.
5. Tap Book my ride, and you are ready to ride!

Beebz offers cheaper rides between cities that everyone can afford. Our prices are less than the bus ticket and we provide a better experience ride. Pricing is based on one-way travel. Starting at $20 per ride.

We are 100% app based, so all payments are processed through our app using a credit card or debit card. We do not accept cash payments.

Riders can book trips up to 180 days in advance or as little as a few hours before departure time. The trip can be canceled 48 hours before departure in the Beebz app. If you cancel your trip before 24 hours, you will be refunded, and processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted. This might take 10 business days before getting the refund depending on the banks.

Our drivers are to stop at Buc-ee’s or a safe gas station for bathroom break. Riders can also request the driver to stop for a bathroom break at any time.

To drive with Beebz, all drivers are to complete a driver application using the BeebzRide app.

3. Click the continue button, and an overlay will come up select Drive and click continue, select a date, and click continue.
4. Tap on the trip card and click the claim trip button.
5. To start a trip, on the claimed trip tap, tap on the trip card and click the start trip button.

• Always be on time at the pickup location for your scheduled ride. Our drivers will only wait for 5 minutes when getting to the pickup location.
